I can't believe she was born in 1942! The pictures of her as a young woman appear to be from the late 60s/early 70's. If so, she looked about 10 years younger than she actually was.

I'm so glad she was identified. I wonder what circumstances let to what happened.

A tidbit shared in the press conference that wasn’t in the official statement; she was last seen by family in the early 80’s and was last known to be living in New York City, which would explain her keys.

Also, a personal aside: What a beautiful family she was a part of! I loved hearing details about Linda and her family, how they never forgot her and were still looking for her until the ID was made.
