A teen is missing -- last seen Tuesday, December 21 in Bloomington.

Bloomington Police say Bryan Bell,16, is listed as “high-risk” due to a mental health crisis situation.

Police believe he is not in the Bloomington-Normal area and could be anywhere in Illinois or neighboring states.
