Thanks so much for all the work keeping this updated Queenie, much appreciated. I followed the case since she was reported missing, couldn't figure out when the body was found the statement saying it had been there ~36 hours. Once CC gets the archived video posted hopefully there will be more detail about that than just what was tweeted. Thanks again, you are a sweet Bee!

You said it, Bee. Oh, how heart-wrenching. To see the child you carried for nine months and to whom you gave birth. To remember her at your breast, smiling at you, "Mama," learning to skip and ride a bike with training wheels, first day of school, a giggling slumber party on the floor of the living room, her first real date, her graduation, a young, smart wonderful adult. And then Wham! Gone, just gone. Her beautiful young body, thrown out like a hamburger wrapper. Can you imagine? You'll never get that out of your head. Ever. It's more than I could possibly imagine.

What monsters lurk among us. Dammit, just dammit.

gm tracy.......any defendant can opt for a jury trial and mcvay did so.....i really don't know why.....some times if a victim is a child and therefore likely to stir sympathy within a jury the defendant may opt for a bench trial, but i don't see why mcvay would choose one.......

if i see that archived video, i'll post it.......honestly i have to go back and re-read this whole thread since the trial began......i've just posted and ran back to other threads as i've read only parts and feel i've not paid very good attention........it will be all new to me lol......

oh i know, this part just killed me

i just can't imagine what these parents in these cases we follow go thru.......honestly i just don't know if i would ever ever recover.......you deal with what you are dealt i guess, but i just thank my lucky stars and kiss my baby bees (much to their chagrin because i do it so often and randomly LOL) that i have not lost one, especially to violence.......
