I really like Amy Pugner as a possible match. She went missing from Washington PA, which is right on I70, on the PA/WV/OH boarder. I think the dark hair and other characteristics are close as a possible match. The only thing that I think could be off is the time Amy went missing (June 2010) and when the UID was found (Oct 2013) Mouth might be a little different, but Amy is smiling. Has anyone submitted her?
