*WARNING* - Postmortem photo at link.
No additional exclusions.
Looking at the PM, she seems to me to be at the younger end of the estimated age range. I wouldn't be surprised if she was 16 or 17. The fact that she wasn't identified by the police fingerprint database would indicate she wasn't previously arrested by CPD, for prostitution or anything else. Assuming her prints have been digitized and entered into AFIS, that would indicate she wasn't arrested anywhere else previously (anywhere else that has digitized their old fingerprints, of course). If she was a prostitute, I'd say it's likely she hadn't been working the streets for very long.

Missing from Ft. Worth, Texas
Scar on abdomen
5.4"-5.6", 140-150 lbs

Photo looks strikingly similar to me.
What she would be doing in Chicago, would be anyone's guess, but the photo's are so similar not to disregard her.

Bumping up case. I hope she will be identified in the upcoming year.

Not that it helps much. There's nothing to make any kind of identification, even assuming there ever was a real person by that name.

so I was watching a tv show and it featured the case of Samantha Bonnell who was a Jane Doe. It took a long time matching her to this jane doe because the person who entered it into the system entered the date that it was instead of the date she went missing. This makes me think that I could have a possibility for this jane doe. Dawn Sneed went missing in 1995 but her picture on NamUs looks similar to this Jane doe. It is a long shot but there is very few details on her case. I also looked to see if her DNA was in the system and it said tests not complete. It could be a long shot but I thought id mention her. Her age is off but her height and weight seem to fit pretty well.

Have either of these been ruled out?

Her NamUs was modified recently but I'm unsure what was changed or added.

If her killer is telling the truth, she was probably local, and possibly not reported missing. Jmo

@Caring1 Hey could you post the current list of NamUs exclusions for this Jane Doe? I would greatly appreciate it.

I had submitted Wanda Elaine Washington a while ago before seeing that it was suggested here. I have asked for a follow up.

The similarities around the mouth are hard to ignore.

Bumping case up. I don't know why, but I suspect she is a known missing girl listed in a database, but the dots haven't been connected. Poor girl -- I wish they would get her name back for her. She has been unidentified for decades.
