The multiple shirts, mismatched socks, and shoe soles make me think she may have been homeless.

Julie Ann Harris (MP103068) seems to line up statistic wise.
D.L.C: December 5, 2022
Location: Bloomington, Illinois
Race: White
Age: 50 years
Height: 5'4"
Hair Color: Brown
Circumstances:
Ms. Harris is homeless and went missing. Last seen on December 5, 2022.

Biggest downside to this match is the distance between Bloomington and Chicago.

Bumping. My concern is that this is a case of elder abuse, IMO.

Zip Code Map of zip code 60651

The sketch looks like a babcia (Polish for grandmother)

The area she was found is the Humboldt Park area. Formerly a very Polish neighborhood very near Logan Square and Avondale neighborhoods. Both Logan Square and Avondale were formerly very Polish areas. Today, Logan Square, Avondale, and Humboldt Park are very gentrified.

So in order, Polish, then Hispanic, then gentrification.

I think hyoidbone is right---seems like a case of elder abuse to me as well. Possibly a holdout neighbor who stayed in the area in her home, even when the dynamics of the neighborhood changed. I know people who were elderly who were long-time residents that didn't want to leave even when the area they were living in changed for the worst.

There was a elderly lady down the block from where I grew up that a couple befriended. There were 2 Polish ladies next door who looked after her. This couple isolated the lady to the point that the 2 Polish ladies next door were not allowed to see her. They got her to change the title on her house to them. Everyone in the neighborhood knew something was amiss. Another elder longtime resident said the elderly lady had a nephew in Missouri. She asked me if I could find him, I found him and talked to him and he said he thought something wasn't right--but--what could he do? I told him to contact elder services as everyone felt she had been a victim of financial exploitation. I never talked to him again after that call, however the house was sold and I do believe this young couple sold it. It was such a sad situation.
