With that many layers on at once, I’m going to guess this person was squatting in the house to stay warm. Unlikely anyone will have reported him (?) missing.

Interesting that the outer layers worn are all so large, except for the pants, @ 32/32.
This would seem to be a male, but the jewellery suggests a female.
Clarks shoes and DKNY pants are somewhat pricey and sometimes tweed jackets are associated with a sophisticated or scholarly person, imo, speculation.
Did the person borrow those larger clothing items to keep warm, or perhaps if a female were they worn to appear larger/bulky than they actually were, or was there a pregnancy?

"Average Male Body Types: A Guide To What To Wear
The average North American man is about 5’6″-5’10” and is neither skinny nor heavyset. He’s reasonably symmetrical, may have some natural muscle definition or look a bit on the softer side, and likely weighs around 130-160 pounds.

Since so many of us are, by definition, average, it’s important to talk about how the average guy should dress.

How To Dress The Average Male Body Type

Ah, to be 5’9″ and 160 pounds. You can walk into any store, buy 32×32 trousers and any top labelled “Medium” and have it fit you perfectly.

With that estimated height and those clothes I would say probably male. Though you never know... this was probably a homeless person, and homeless women can't exactly be picky when it comes to clothes. Women can be 6'2, too. But it's more likely that this person is male.

The jewellery I'm thinking might be sentimental. Perhaps it belonged to a wife, mother, sister or daughter.

Could be a homeless person, but they look like they (he) was a stylishly put together person, imo. maybe they were dumped in that building?
Regarding the shirt..
Ecko Unlimited - Wikipedia
"Yakira, L.L.C., doing business as Ecko Unlimited (stylized as Eckō Unltd.), is an American urban fashion company founded by Marc Ecko in 1993. The company makes apparel and accessories under brands including the men's Ecko Unltd. line and the Ecko Red line for girls and women.[1] It is headquartered in South River, New Jersey. The company's products have been popular since the late 1990s; they were originally associated with hip-hop and skating culture, and moved into the mainstream urban culture in the early 2000s.[2] It is most often associated with hip hop. The style is based on graffiti art. Its brand features a rhino as its logo."

I would have also thought someone probably homeless during the colder months, as that seems like a lot of layers.

One or two branded items of clothing seem like they might come from a charity store? But it seems odd to have so many branded items as I would have thought that a lot of charity store clothing would be non-branded or supermarket type brands with just a few 'name' brands in the mix.

Just for reference, the brand Mecca referenced in the UID clothing description was popular with similar crowds as Ecko in that time period (mid 90s-early 2000s).

Seems to me like a homeless person because if the layers. And if he was 6'2 with 32 length pants seems like would be short on the person no?
Also I was thinking The person could of found all the clothing in the trash left by someone doing spring cleaning or moving. I say this because many times I have passed by buildings near me where people leave out shopping bags or boxes with clothes shoes and cds with a sign that says free. That could be another way of getting clothing. I wonder the demographic of the neighborhood the UID was found in is.

I wish they would show the other side of the pendant as it may be decent. The stones look decently set, and the style looks like more custom as the stones are cut to fit in the grooves, and they are not all the same cut of stone.

Race/ethnicity now says 'Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Uncertain'.
With a little research, TMJ refers to the temporomandibular joint, which connects the lower jaw to the skull. TMJ also seems to be used as a general term for disorders of this joint. Sounds like he might have had some jaw trouble, then. The sacrum is the bone at the base of the spine that connects to the pelvis. Congenital pathology... so he was born with some issues with his sacrum and right hip? I wonder if he might have had a distinctive gait, or if it was the sort of thing he himself might not even have known about.

I don't remember reading this part before.

Circumstance Notes

Neighbors relayed they believe the UNKNOWN subject is “Mr. Pat”. They described "Mr. Pat" as a black male approximately 60YOA. Neighbors stated “Mr. Pat” is homeless and has lived in the abandoned residence since the original owner died.
