Pamela Walton (Julie Doe) was believed to be AFAB for years, it wasn't until DNA testing was done that it was discovered she was transgender. Given the language used, this Doe could be either, imo.

I've submitted this Doe to the task force. Unsure if they knew about it already or not but better safe than sorry
