He was found decomposed in a field. Not a lot of info about the recovery. PMI unknown.
He's white, aged 20-35, 5'7 (weight unknown) He had brown/dark brown hair.
He had a very distinctive tattoo on his right forearm (pictured)
He wore green khaki pants and dark sneakers.
Does this tattoo look familiar to anyone? Is it a reference to something I haven't heard of?

Just realised something from his NamUS page I missed; rubber o-ring gaskets around wrists. I'm not too sure how these things are used, can someone explain why he'd have these around his wrists?

Does anyone know his missing person exclusions? @Caring1 ?

His NamUs was modified today!
@Caring1 @Myrrh @PatLaurel are there any rule-outs now because I can't really see a difference.
(I'm really hoping this means something, I messaged Othram about the case and they said they'd look into it, so perhaps it's been re-opened or more work to find DNA? I can only dream lol)

Hmm, I guess it's something we can't see publicly. My fingers are crossed it means a DNA sample has been submitted. This is probably one of the cases I'm dying to see identified, because I know that if the right person saw the listing, they'd know who this was. It's one of those cases that really just needs more people to know about it.

Hmmm. I'm not particularly familiar with the tattoo - the hat in the tattoo is likely a bucket hat which became quite popular in the mid-80s by rappers/groups such as LL Cool J and RUNDMC. Prior to that, from what I can find it appears it was mostly used as a utilitarian hat. I think the gasket rings are used to "seal" things - I've heard this from my car repair place. I would suggest this guy either worked in an environment where these were used in some capacity and/or he was kind of setting his own trend. His tattoo is pretty trendy/cool as well - the bucket hat, long hair, square framed shades.
