He was found in a river. His face was recognisable and he died hours before he was found.
He's white, 25-35, 5'8 and 165 pounds. Hair/eye colour not listed for some reason (he was r/f so there really should be more detail on his appearance).
He wore a plaid shirt, jeans, a red and blue trim cord jacket and cowboy boots.
