A man who drank alot of alcohol would be passed out by 11PM. And I find it unusual, that a man would walk out of a burning trailer, deposit his GF outside, and run back in for children. A more likely scenario would be that both parents searched for children in the trailer before exiting out the rear door.

But, that is my opinion. FWIW.

And not to be mean, but there is no way he carried her out of there.

What I still am trying to understand is the date the April posts were downloaded. This was days after the fire. Who posted them? Kyle? How? His phone surely was destroyed in the fire. He was taken into custody immediately following fire. Right? Any other family member have a copy off these vids stored? I think all vids before April were K’s downloads. After the fire? Questionable. I haven’t yet checked when Rosie links were posted. Important, maybe? April vids show happy family. I think? Purposely? I’ll need to review.
RBBM. The Rosie links were posted on May 11, 2019.

He could end up in a residential treatment facility, not unlike the Black Hills School that Serenity Dennard ran away from. The treatment team decides when he is "healthy" enough to leave.

The conflict of interest issue that is the giant pink elephant in the room, is that the "treatment team" who decides if kids are healthy enough to leave, are the same people who get paid and are employees of the facility or even have financial interest in the facility.

I wouldn't want people who have a financial gain deciding whether or not I have to stay at a mental institution. Just saying.

As @mickey2942 suggested above, for possible reference re treatment centers.
Serenity Dennard had other problems/diagnoses, not the ones Kyle's mom suggested were his, but this might be interesting. She is 9/y/o. Reactive Attachment Disorder was one of her diagnoses. Just a thought:

'She's Serenity:' Missing girl's parents share daughter's story

You can't unring the bell. And it sounds like the kid could use residential treatment and continuous counseling.

That’s true.

Whooo. (Sorry in advance, just catching up and haven't read every post).
Couple things... "Residential" placement is far from ideal. I know it's a commonly suggested "go to" for "troubled " kids. But the reality is, its often a huge failure that makes kids worse, but used when we don't have anything better. (I, personally, have never seen a kid come out of residential, better off than when they came in).

This boy is NINE years old. From all available info, he lived in a very chaotic environment.

In my opinion his mother has a very shallow emotional range. (Flat effect), Suggesiive of borderline personality disorder. I strongly feel, this child shares the disorder.

Compare, the teen mom of Rose, who is showing extremely appropriate emotional responses to the loss of her child...

While I refuse to devolve into the speculation over the "appropriateness" of a "late night" (or any hour!) relaxing bath (because I would take a good hot, spa-experience soak with my toddlers often... In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with any of us relaxing in the evening, in our own way. One doesnt need to be "dirty" to take bath with a baby.

I would suggest that this child has serious inherent and environmental disadvantages that are beyond the scope of currently available treatment options.

His videos, might seem "cute" or just "imature" to some... but they chill me to the bone.

Papermoon is one of my favorite movies. (controversial as I'm sure it is now, I love that movie!).

This whole mess reminds me of the Philpotts. UK case, check it out. Money seems to be a big motive here.
Was JW meant to be the only victim? Was someone meant to ‘save’ the children and be the hero? Home burned down = donations from the general public. And with 5 family members dead that = even more donations. JMO MOO

Interesting speculation. I had wondered myself, if the child just wanted to see the excitement of fire trucks rushing to the rescue, and things just went terribly wrong, but I feel that this was not a planned event.

Those kids were worth way more, in government funding, (welfare) than any go fund me could raise.

Mom strikes me as someone dependent on her partner and I think the child set the fire, with intended and also accidental consequences,

Just read up on the case you mentioned. (Philpotts. UK case) I see absolutely no similarities. (Other than fire as cause of death).

Well. I think I'm done with this case.

I think Little Rosie and her mom, Sam, were the most promising members of this whole family.

Shoot me, but I feel like the others were lost causes all along

Samantha:
"Some days it’s easier to breathe than others,” said Samantha Alwood, 21, about the effect her daughter’s death has had on her. “It hurts knowing that I won’t get to see her first day of school. I won’t get to see her first tooth fall out. I won’t get to see her become someone amazing.”

Seems to possess a human soul. The others not so much.

Yes. Many of them are slightly different from one another. Or have additional info.

Talking about him reviving her and going back in is different then someone pushing you out of the house. MOO

Frankly the dad was vastly more patient and playful here with this kid who is antagonizing him then he was to his tiny baby. He was humoring him.

Why would they allow him to post this kind of stuff?
It hurts my ears and breaks my heart to hear a child talking like that. Where was his childhood innocence? Where is the parental love and guidance?

Did she have life insurance on any of the people that died? She seemed out of it in videos. Kyle said "beer sleep" it looked like nodding out to me. Parents have killed for attention alone. An 8 year old with diagnosed mental issues makes a good patsy. MOO.

Pretty sure she said Jason!

Not surprising but still weird. Usually if someone pushes you out of bed accidently it's because they move a lot in their sleep.
