This is not nice to say, but I don't see someone of her mentality even knowing what life insurance is, if you're talking about Mom. If they couldn't afford keeping a vehicle "legal," I don't see paying for life insurance or anything similar. They had to be on a very tight budget in that family, so no. SMH.
They have those gerber things. The car is a good point. She was asking for money after the fire for the car?

Frankly the dad was vastly more patient and playful here with this kid who is antagonizing him then he was to his tiny baby. He was humoring him.

Why would they allow him to post this kind of stuff?
I think as long as he was busy and not causing problems or wanting attention, they let him do what he wanted.

Samantha Alwood said she just wants people to know how important her family was to her life. She said her brother-in-law, Jason Wall, was like a father to Rose.

“It hurts because I’m never gonna see her first day of school, see her lose her first tooth, I don’t get to see her go to high school, and get to walk her down the aisle,” she said, “I’ve thought about that even though it’s years away […] I thought she was gonna be with me forever.”

Lil Rose was adorable. This is heartbreaking. Poor baby.

Why was Rose staying with them?

Yes. But that’s the lie the mother told the news- that he was sent away due to death threats.
So what are we supposed to believe ?
JA assisted her out from the fire after she put her clothes back on ?
Or an explosion knocked her unconscious ?
Or they were sleeping --per one article-- and she spoke to them from outside through a window, and told them she she loved them until they stopped screaming ?
Smdh.

The younger two children needed extra attention: Daemeon had autism, and Ariel was deaf in one ear. And Wall considered Kyle to be his son, as well.
Mom recalls Goodfield blaze that killed five loved ones

After viewing the video -- can an infant become deaf in one ear from being slapped or punched hard enough in one side of her head ?
What if JA did this on a constant basis and the baby was permanently injured, hence the need for them to collect SSI benefits for that baby, as well as the autistic toddler ?
And with the mother saying Kyle suffered from a plethora of disabilities-- they'd collect even more ?

I wondered that, as well !

Isn't a two year old too young for a sleepover ?

She'd need feeding, changing, care that they probably didn't have time for with the other two toddlers.
Did Roses' parents go on vacation or have substance abuse issues that would make it difficult to care for a toddler ?
But since her mom lived with the grandparents-- why didn't they watch Rose ?

Well, per the latest article, everybody else was asleep except the mom.

Not according to Mom's version.
I don't think Mom was aware of much of anything at any time. Maybe she was taking meds for something and mixing it with alcohol or another medication. Just very dulled-out. She seemed out of it whenever she was on Kyle's little films.

A 9 year old is old enough to know how fast a fire can spread and the damage it can do.
Yesterday on Minecraft (a game that a 7 year old was playing and building worlds and cities) I noticed things in the game could be destroyed by fire along with killings in schools etc.
A 9 year old would be very familiar with destroying by fire.

John Wall simply thinks the lad sometimes likes to cause trouble, such as the time he messed around with a gas furnace, playing with the pilot light until it went out. He starts to comment, then just shakes his head back and forth with a hard sigh.

Helen Wall echoes that gesture of frustration. Though she lost a son and two grandchildren in the fire, she isn’t sure what would be the best approach for a boy charged with five counts of murder.

“Mercy can be found,” she says, pausing a long while before adding, “I don’t know the answer.”

In one of his home videos, Kyle was pointing the phone camera into a vent, in the wall, and laughing and saying 'here is the vent' and someone, maybe Mom, was yelling something like 'Knock It Off' ---was he known for messing with the vents?

...
With a stranger for sure. But she was with relatives. So I don't think that's too young for a sleepover. Obviously, it's too bad she was there that night. Her mother I believe is a single mother.

What dysfunction -- and those children were paying the price, then and up until their deaths. And Kyle was paying for it, too, and probably will be for the rest of his life. How I hope he can find some people he trusts and who are effective with treating and helping him. And, sadly, he is one among thousands. Thrown-away children, who still live with those who have thrown them away.

? Does anyone have an understanding of why Jason was standing near the furnace when mom ran to him after smoke alarm alert?

How do we know that story is even accurate?

I don’t think it’s unusual at all for a 2 year old to have a family sleepover. Caveat: a trusted safe family sleepover.
