Illinois State Police asking for help identifying body

The UID was found in the ditch on Route 160 on ramp to New U.S. Route 50 Westbound. She is approximately 5'6 and weighing 127 pounds, wearing jean shorts with American Indian pattern and a Good Luck Unlimited Trolls t-shirt. Multiple tattoos:
--the word "Charity" in fancy script on right forearm
--Multi-colored mermaid figure on upper left arm
--flower with bumblebee and the word "Charity" in fancy script on the left forearm
--the word "Dallas" on the lower middle back

I could not find this one listed in NamUs or Doe Network.

Rest in peace Charity. I hope LE can get some leads to piece together what happened to her and how she came to be where she was found. I can't imagine the heartbreak her family is suffering sending prayers to them as well for comfort and peace.
