Here's an example of a size 7 pair of shorts that would be similar to the shorts found on our UID:

That's good to know about the change in sizes over time. I'm a size 2 or 4 depending on the brand/fit and anything larger than a M in today's sizing swallows me whole, but I agree that oversized clothing is very comfy!

“I definitely want justice. This is just halfway. We're not at the end until justice is served. For whoever it is, they did whatever they did. I want justice. And I know these guys, they're going to keep working on it," she said.

Carol Hemphill’s story shows the power of DNA, restoring names and giving families long-awaited answers. Across the country, hundreds of cases wait for the same breakthrough. But for police in Columbia, Illinois, this remains an open homicide, and the search for justice isn’t over.

''No one has been charged in connection with Hemphill's death, but police and family members mentioned a potential connection with Maury Travis, a serial killer who was active in the area around the time Hemphill went missing.
Columbia Police Chief Jason Donjon said they are working with the departments that investigated those cases to see if any DNA matches can be found. A family member said they knew Travis before Hemphill went missing.
Travis was arrested on suspicion of killing two women, but killed himself before he could face trial. The Associated Press reported that before he was captured, he wrote a letter to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch in response to a profile of a strangling victim. In the letter, he hinted at killing at least 17 people and provided a map where police found one of his victims, according to reporting from the Los Angeles Times.''

It appears that the Missouri State Highway Patrol had listed Carol's disappearance in their database. However, I don't think she was listed on NamUs.

Sex: Female

*Do yall think this may be connected?

*Travis Maury's basement room held all the evidence detectives needed to connect him to the murders of several sex workers he'd killed and discarded in remote places around St. Louis, Missouri. But while incarcerated, officers failed to notice his plan to take his own life before it was too late.
