This Silas Jayne guy comes up in a few cases?..

LOL Silas Jaynes name comes up in a lot of cases. He was at the front and center of the Chicago horse mafia and thought nothing of having rival competitors, including his brother George killed.

At the time when Ralph Probst was killed would have been during a time that there were numerous open cases that Silas Jayne was connected to in one form or another. The Jayne name is synonymous with murder and mayhem......
