I live in Chicago and due to the number of missing/runaways in a city of millions not all are in the mainstream media, but the police usually add them to the rosters as soon as reported. Chicago PD didn't post her missing until this week. Why the delay in reporting her missing? I don't see someone running away wearing a dress, not practical.
