According to an alert from Franklin County Emergency Management Agency, Frankie L. Parrott is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 200 pounds, has gray hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a tan shirt with an eagle on the front and glasses.

People are asked to contact the Franklin County Sheriff's Office at 618-438-4841 with any information about Parrott's whereabouts.
