[h=1]Woman, 19, who speaks only broken English, missing from Rogers Park[/h]

Hser Paw was last seen about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of West Albion, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She is described as a 5-foot-1, 105-pound Asian girl with brown eyes, black hair and light complexion.

Police said she speaks Korean, but only broken English.

Doesn't seem like people (LE family friends) are very concerned with her being missing

I couldn’t find an update on her status, either. However, this Fox32 Chicago FB link has lots of comments, and perhaps due to those comments their article corrected an error in the reports and states that Hser Paw

“speaks a language called Karen, but only broken English.”

So, not Korean.

Apparently, Karen people are from Myanmar, formerly Burma. Another noted her name is pronounced: “Sir Paw”.

This article has a Kser Paw (but it's a male named KIM Kser Paw) who immigrated from the same place. The article goes into detail about a Chicago non profit that helps them and that the majority of them, from what they fled from had PTSD. Nonprofit helps refugees adjust to new life in Chicago
