St. Louis County Police on Sunday discovered a vehicle that belongs to a man who has been missing from Creve Coeur since Wednesday, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Police found James Andrae’s red and black 2011 Jeep Wrangler in Bee Tree Park. The keys were left in the vehicle.
Andrae, 49, was last seen in Creve Coeur. He was reported missing after he didn’t show up for work, according to Dale King, the Creve Coeur police chief.
Police say Andrae is bi-polar and has anxiety and depression. He did not take his medication with him.
The park where his vehicle was located is near the Mississippi and Meramec rivers, but searches of the area have been unsuccessful. Foul play is not suspected.
Police say Andrae is 6-feet-1 and about 200 pounds. He has sandy-blonde hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a blue-striped polo shirt, boots and tan Levi’s pants.
Anyone with information can call the St. Louis County Police Department at (636) 529-8210 or the Creve Coeur Police Department at (309) 699-9511.
