MISSING: Jhaheer Lockhart, 21, From West Town

Jhaheer Lockhart, 21, has been reported missing from the 199 block of North Hermitage Avenue, according to Chicago police.

Police describe Lockhart as African American, 5-feet 4-inches tall and 153 pounds.

Lockhart was last seen wearing a puffy coat, red shirt, dark jeans, Ugg boots and a black and white drawstrin-style Addidas backpack.
