This family, or at least the father, has gone public with his story. There is no mention of his ex wife being missing, in fact, I don't think they were ever formally divorced or it was after she was "missing". What is weird is that SHE had a protective order hearing on 3/4/20 that was dismissed the same day, so she didn't show (I am speculating). She went missing approximately 1 year prior. So if she had a DVRO from 2019 and went missing shortly after, and on the one year anniversary she had a hearing set but didn't attend because she was missing.... that makes you go hmmm....One day AFTER hers was denied (while she was missing and she is STILL missing) on March 5, 2020 HE applied for his own protective order and was denied. It doesn't make sense when SHE was the victim of DV for 2 prior offenses by Jerry.
Side note:---> ((This family had their 6 children aged 1-7 taken and held by CPS in 1993 due to allegations of all kinds of abuse...then their rights were terminated but the children never adopted)). I would really like to know what happened to these kiddos and now that they are adults, what kind of light they can shed on this debacle. They are the true victims in this story and my moms group has reached out to them...sadly, in the story that was supposedly shared by the oldest son, (we have learned that he isn't talking to his father-which would be unusual if he actually did reach out to have this story published)) so that also makes you go hmm.....and the names were given, that is just plain re-traumatizing to these kids. I don't care if they are adults, they are still kids who were totally abused in and by the system. But were they also abused by their dad as alleged? And where is their mother???
