Missing Adult: John Francis Pasulka 79 years old. 5'08 195lbs Tan Pants, Striped red/yellow shirt, cameo baseball hat. Suffers from Dementia and Parkinsons.

Last seen driving a green 2003 Chevy Tahoe licence of 4867267 at 1000 hrs this morning when he went to an unknown store in the area. He lives at 250 Heritage Dr. Aurora, IL.
