49-year-old John A. Tyler Jr. after he was last seen in Morton between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Friday, December 6. He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, jeans and carrying a black bag. He described as 6 foot, 1 inches, with brown hair and brown eyes, and weighing 190 pounds.

Daniel Allbritton, 52, of Washington, was arrested for obstruction of justice.

The investigation is ongoing.

Daniel C. Allbritton, 52, of Washington, is facing three counts of murder in connection with the missing person case of John A. Tyler.

Even though the body hasn't been recovered yet, the Sheriff assures they won't stop trying.

Allbritton will be in court for a preliminary hearing on January 9.

The body of a man found Monday afternoon was confirmed to be the body of the missing Morton man, John Tyler Tuesday. An autopsy was performed on the body Monday around 4:30 p.m.
