J Edgar Hoover had files on politicians to a point that people that hated him kept him in office. Nixon wanted those files and did everything he could to get them after Hoover died. Using children to get politicians and other people to "fall in line" is absolutely possible and likely!

Hoover was close friends with known pedo Billy Byars Jr. and by extension, Guy Strait. It's rumored that Billy had sent boys for Hoover to abuse. When the FBI director is compromised, no wonder it lasted for so long. I mean, we're seeing a repeat of this today. If you know what I mean.

And apparently the Mob had pictures and recordings of Hoover in compromising situations. Which is why he pushed back against anyone trying to prove the mob existed. He had numerous files on many politicians and used it to stay in power. Bobby Kennedy wanted to fire him day one until Hoover showed him what he had on his brother.

You're thinking of David Welch. I cannot find anything about him. Do you have any evidence that David Berta is still alive?

I was thinking of William Lange, who I forgot was also involved. He was a dentist and had been practicing for years, I know there's a FB thread you can find easily on Google where people mention his involvement with Hermes as well as their dental experiences with him. I'm going to have to dig on David Berta again, apologies so many people were involved with Hermes I've lost track.

Also I've came across this before but someone had mentioned it somewhere else again recently. In Wisconsin they have a torture museum which features a Gacy exhibition. For the longest time I believed this photo was a rendition but many believe it's real. Additionally, some of the photos included in this exhibition you can find publicly but some I've not seen before and I'm aware much of these photos have been sold off by corrupt cops that were otherwise crime scene evidence. Additionally, camera equipment was taken from Gacy's home and he talked about snuff films.

I honestly think this photo looks like James Mazzara.

Have you guys been listening to the podcast New Orleans Unsolved? If not you definitely should, admittedly the start of season 2 is pretty slow (very very detailed on some key evidence) so if the first 6 to 8 episodes of season 2 feel a bit tedious jump ahead, but don't give up

I am a true crime podcast addict, I'd bet I've averaged an hour a day for the past 10 years, and nobody has ever done a better deep dive

In one of the more recent episodes she said there was a priest who went to a town in Alaska and in her (paraphrased) words 'molested an entire generation of an indigenous tribe'

Anyone know anything about that? She didn't go into more detail (at least not yet) and I was curious just how high of a number we are talking here

I am an Alaskan Native, and I know first hand that that happened in the villages surrounding my town. It wasn't just one priest, and it went on for many years.
