Circumstances of Disappearance
On the early morning of September 11th, 2019, missing, Jose A. Felix-Venegas, was last seen by his friend at an apartment building on the 2600 Block of S. Hamlin Avenue in Chicago, IL. Jose and his friend were at a club before relocating to the Hamlin Avenue location with 2 unknown male subjects. The friend fell asleep, and when he woke up, the 2 men and Jose were gone. Jose has not been heard from or seen since.
