Kalvin Howell was last seen near Lawrence and Kimball in the Albany Park section of Chicago on July 23, 2017. The teen lives in the 3600-block of West Montrose Avenue and has been known to frequent the area between Montrose and Lawrence from Kedzie to Pulaski.

Howell is described by police as 5'3" and 110 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion.

According to FOX News, Police are still searching for a 14-year-old boy who has been missing from the Northwest Side Albany Park neighborhood for nearly four months.

Kalvin Howell is missing from the 3600 block of West Montrose, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. He was last seen July 23 near Lawrence and Kimball.

Howell is described as a 5-foot-3, 110-pound black Hispanic boy with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion, police said.

Is he missing from his home shared with two parents, one parent, guardians? Do they suspect he's with relatives? Or suspect foul play?
What kind of case is this with a 13- or 14-year-old child missing?
