worse than statch. unless the father is 13 yo himself he could be in a boatload of trouble. in CA 14 and below is straight up child molest. 14 and under are unable to consent. sex w a 14 and under qualifies for SOR for life.

I haven't read anything that you haven't Ticya. I don't know who the baby's father is, however, the father of the baby, whoever that is, IMO committed statutory rape. Now, that might be a teenager or.....I don't know. But whoever it is should be in jail. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so.

I think we are putting the pieces together without coming out and saying it. But here's what we know.

Mom married Cristopher in 2011.
Mom has two daughters.
1 daughter *age 12 gets pregnant
An order of no contact is charged against Christopher
Daughter *now 13 gives birth to a baby boy
Names the baby after her stepfather
Man abducts 13 year old and her new baby

IMO, they better find them quick, before it's too late and he removes all evidence of his participation in this new, sweet, innocent baby's existence.

Man abducts 13 year old and her new baby

IMO, they better find them quick, before it's too late and he removes all evidence of his participation in this new, sweet, innocent baby's existence.

Yep, that's what we are all thinking. So I go back to...if this is the case, why isn't the father of the baby in jail? I know I sound like a broken record. I'm sorry. This case is really really bothering me and making me extremely angry. I so much want this mother and her son to get back to safety and for them both to have a chance at a full and loving life.

Maybe she gave birth at home and not in the hospital and the family covered up for the step dad? Maybe there's not a record of the child's birth and that's why CPS is not involved? 🤔

I haven't read ahead but from all I've seen on SM today, I think we all suspect the same person. Oh, then there's the no-contact order. Mmmhmm...

I do not understand why we treat situations like this the way we do. A 13 year old child who gives birth has been RAPED. She should be protected until her rapist is apprehended and is in custody. A child victim of rape in that situation, with her rapist running free IS IN DANGER.

The van was spotted earlier in WV. KD has a pacemaker.

MADISON COUNTY, IL — Police in West Virginia say they spotted a vehicle on Interstate 77 south Monday afternoon believed wanted in an Amber Alert that began in Illinois.
The Amber Alert was issued in Madison County, IL, in connection with the abduction of a teenage girl and her baby boy.
Police are looking for CD.
KD, 13, and her 18-day-old son, CD, were last seen in Edwardsville, IL, Sunday. Authorities believe they are with KD’s stepfather CMD, 39. He is known to drive a green 1997 Mercury Villager van with Illinois license plate number E833210.
CMD is an avid camper and may have stopped at a rural campground, authorities said.
Police are also worried about KD’s health. She has a pacemaker.
Kanawha County Metro 911 issued an alert at just before 5 p.m. Monday saying the vehicle was last seen traveling south on Interstate 77.
Anyone spotted the vehicle is asked to contact state police.

Please don't apologize....you aren't the only one sounding like a 'broken record' here. I mean, w. t. f. a thousand times over.
A 'no contact' order for the stepdad did no good; as it appears he just went and took KD and her baby.

Sorry if this is harsh -- but what a 'fine gentleman' for her mom to bring into her daughter's lives -- if what we fear is true. And if KD and her son are safely located ---will they both be returned to the bio mom... and then said bio mom brings yet another stellar citizen into her girl's lives ?? (that is, assuming that the current stepdad is incarcerated for a good long time ?)

This poor young teens' life is like a horror story.

Yes if she just had the baby they could have done a dna test. I am leaning that way with the no contact order.
Under comments on one of the stories, a cousin states that K has a heart condition. Also that what we think was going on, was in fact going on per SL, a cousin, and her comments
