bumping for Kristina, praying leads are opening up in this case.
I was reading about how familial dna searching allowed California to nab the Grim Sleeper serial killer. California is one of 4 states in which familial dna in Codis is legal. I don't know which states are the other three. I'd sure love for Illinois to be one... it might help solve some of these cold cases, including Kristina's. While some argue it is an invasion of privacy, if one hasn't done wrong it's not a problem.
