I’ve seen teenager passengers standing up through the sunroof while the driver drives at normal speed.

Just a week or so ago I saw a teen girl standing up through the sunroof while a teenage boy was driving. She was well out of the sunroof, she must have been standing in the seat.

I guess they don’t realize the danger.

Maybe she was drunk too and just was being reckless. Or what if she was scared of this guy and was trying to wave for help? I don't know.
