We now know that the man that took the little girl out of school is Clifford Rowling. Guess what? Clifford's addy is an empty house. His mother claims he has mental health problems and hadn't been taking his meds.http://www.ksdk.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=138571

A petition filed on Thursday against Clifford Rowling could get him commited to a treatment facility indefinately. If this happens who will protect the other people in the facility? Just wanted to bump this as we all were apalled. It brings up some interesting topics just what they are going to do with Clifford Rowling the very dangerous threat to children.

I think he should be committed and kept forever, but in a separate facility from other mentally ill patients.
