Exactly! I can barely form the words to comment in this thread because there were people who admittedly knew this baby was being tortured and I just can't wrap my brain around no one saying anything.

Honestly, and hopefully I hope they can charge the "eye witnesses" for not reporting this to child services/LE. The people that stated they did see this happening well........ I will just say no more.
