IL IL/MI/WI - Ralph Raymond Andrews, 1970's-90's

Active early 1970s thru early 1990s. Lived in Chicago (Roger's Park.) Kidnapped teenage girls in Evanston and Skokie. Dumped some bodies in the latter. Kept beating raps and talking his way out of trouble. Killed one male subject, a friend, on a hunting trip in MI, where Andrews had a trailer. Believed to have killed in the neighborhood of 40 people. In an Ed Gein twist he would eviscerate his victims. Several escaped, though. One collaborated on a book called the Prey That Got Away, which was published this fall. Amazing so few know about his case.

wow who knows he could be the killer in the tina Davidson case.
