MCDONOUGH COUNTY IL — A man in a drug-induced paranoia went missing on Monday, July 4th in McDonough County, Illinois and authorities are now asking for help.

McDonough County Sheriff Rick VanBrooker reports 34 year old Michael W. Mason of Bushnell walked into a cornfield Monday, July 4th at 7 a.m. under the influence of drugs and has not been seen since.

The house of her parents was searched and NO METH LAB WAS FOUND. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT METH HAD EVER BEEN IN THE HOME.
