It says believed to be pregnant. I'd assume this means she was likely pregnant but this was unconfirmed. I only know of one distinctively pregnant Jane Doe and that's the Finley Creek Jane Doe. I really hope we have Nola's dental records. Some people suspect that Jane Doe's case was connected to a set of murders that happened in states like Idaho, Washington and of course, Illinois. It does say possibly Illinois. I was always a firm believer that FCJD was Patricia Otto but Nola seems likely too...

The main thing wrong here IMO is distance. It's hard to believe she got that far but it's possible. She may have had ties to Oregon or her killer did, as noted above. I'll try for now to find anything that could suggest Nola going to Oregon or a closer state.

All of her family appears to be from around Chicagoland. I don't see any ties to the PNW. I don't know if FCJD is PO but I'd bet she's definitely from the area.

I know. Finley Creek Jane Doe seemed to be the only matching Jane Doe that was pregnant. I must note that pregnancy seems to be a possibility, not a certainty due to the circumstances as being "believed" to be pregnant. If she's not Finley Creek Jane Doe then either her body wasn't found which is possible, delivered the baby which is unlikely due to foul play being suspected or that she wasn't pregnant.

I believe this Jane Doe is Patricia Otto - so does her family.

I wish there was more information out there on Nola and others like her.

The Doe Network Says there's no DNA on her, but hopefully family members do give some eventually. No dental records are listed as being available to identify her, either.

It seems like Nola's great-niece is actively looking for her. I don't know if that's a close enough profile for a CODIS hit, but I hope could be.

When looking into the family and Edna Dugan (Nolas mother) was married for the third time on August 4th, 1969, In Jefferson City, Missouri to Robert Dugan. I'm unable to find anything about him.
