So, I'm just now coming upon this thread..I was living in the area at the time this happened. If I'm reading correctly, The judge threw the guilty verdict out over the wording in the first-degree murder charge? It's always been my opinion that Pravin got beat up. Such a shame, Pravin had his whole life in front of him. I believe he deserves justice.
