Scottie Smith, 16, was last seen July 7 when he left the family residence in the 2000 block of West 69th Street and never came home, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

He is described as a 5-foot-7, 140-pound black boy with black hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion, police said.

Hope he is found. So many questions go unanswered. Did he leave in a car? Was there a famil fight? Where was he going and what time? And why now reporting it 2 weeks later?

He was arrested a few times since being reported missing in July 2014.
