I'm sorry, I can't find anything about what the police have done to find her in the last 3 months. Did she had transportation/a car. Was it left behind, is it accounted for/found, if yes where?

Is there any CCTV-footage. How does LE know this:

Her last known location, according to police, was near Greenleaf & Sheridan.

Is Greenleaf & Sheridan anywhere near Rogers Park? To get an approx. view

So did they see the car on CCTV footage?

Does she have a significant other, did she live with this person? Who was threatening and abused her? Is this person a POI?

If she intended to go see her mom in the hospital (was her mother about to be released from the hospital that day, because of the words "to care for her mom") this would be the approx. route. It's about a 3:15 hours drive.

A beautiful mural...I hope this will lead to new info and movement in this case. Also interesting.........

Gibbs is a 40-year-old Black woman who lived in Rogers Park when she was reported missing last fall. She was last seen at the corner of West Greenleaf Avenue and North Sheridan Road, according to a flier from Cook County Crime Stoppers.

Prior to her disappearance, Gibbs had discussed going to visit family in Iowa but never arrived. Police said Gibbs is a “habitual missing” case, which means she is reported missing often.

The latest update in Gibbs’ case came in April, when it was determined that her disappearance is “the result of a crime,” the flier reads.

I just wonder what was going on in her life, before she went missing. I read threatening, abuse. Was that the reason she went missing before (or do I misread/misunderstand that part?)

Somehow I have the feeling some things are left out of the story and she is being proposed too rosy. When she texted her friend on the 8th of November was the content relevant to her missing? The friend must have known she wasn't accounted for since the 3th so this text seems important, if it was really her who texted.
