Police looking for 15-year-old girl missing from Chatham

Chicago police are asking for help locating Taliyah Johnson, 15, who has been reported missing from Chatham on the South Side.

• Last seen Wednesday in the 8000 block of South Maryland Avenue.
• 5'4" tall, 125 lbs, brown eyes, black hair and a medium-brown complexion.
• Last seen wearing a dark-green coat with red fur, gray boots and carrying a black backpack.

Anyone with information should call Area South detectives at 312-747-8273.

She ran away and returned May 2019. I hope she gets home safely again this time.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 14-year-old girl missing from Chicago's Avalon Park neighborhood since May 10 has been located.

Taliyah Johnson was last seen May 10 leaving Chicago Vocational Career Academy

On FB, Fox 32 in Chicago posted about Taliyah being missing on Jan 11, 2020:

Both posts had lots of comments, but nothing helpful/informative. I hope they don't have to post again in March, because I hope that Taliyah will be found before then!

A 36-week-old comment by T. J. mentions S. J. whose profile shows a recent photo of her 16-y-o in a #firstbornchallenge. The young lady, who looks very much like Taliyah (including her eyeglasses) appears healthy and happy! No other updates found.
