Paul Allard 14 yo missing 08/30/1976 from Miami FL. 5'4"-5'5", 110-125lbs. At the time he went missing, he had shoulder length light brown hair and acne.

Visiting family members in Miami, called his mother and asked to return home to Connecticut, and she sent an uncle to pick him up. Paul was gone by the time the uncle came. Paul last seen in Miami headed for a 7-11 store. Prior history as a runaway in 1975, while he and his mother were living in Florida, he left home and hitchhiked to Connecticut to see his father, who was sick and then died, and Paul and his mother moved back to CT.

Investigators believe that Paul may have initially tried to go back to Connecticut like he had done before, but he never made it there. His family believes he may have been abducted while attempting to hitchhike to Connecticut. He had an injury to his left hand where it was taped, so wondering about that ring.

Paul Allard really looks like Body 28 to me. Hair, mouth, face generally. Height's close. Age correct. Gacy was doing some extensive traveling about that time, I believe.

Has Lester Loran Petry been ruled out for body 10? I find there similarities quite striking. Although he went missing in 1971 from Minnesota quite little information is provided. This could leave room to propose he ran away and was murdered later.

Stewart frequently hitchhiked, originally from Louisiana and Gacy had picked individuals up from out of state. Age and height match, though postmortem interval does not.

Another possibility for Body 28 MP147889, John Mitchell Carroll missing September 23, 1975 Susanville CA. If it were the first image only for John Mitchell Carroll, I'd say no because the nose looks somewhat different but it may just be the camera angle, based on the other two photos:

Body 28:

John Mitchell Carroll dropped off at local grocery store in Susanville by sister to meet someone for a possible job, possibly driving a maroon or red vehicle (sources differ on the description of vehicle)

So the person the young man was meeting was driving this maroon or red vehicle? Gacy already had LE after him for a while by Dec 1978, but he was driving a 1979 vehicle, so he must have gotten that vehicle quite recently. What was he driving before that time?

The circumstances involved initially would make me think there's no way. Based on the strength of the resemblance, though, I still think that's not impossible.

I wish Othram would take these cases on. You could bet good money they would identify at least four of them, given their track record of success.

IIRC IMOO all five victims were undergoing new extraction to create SNP profiles for genealogy (not necessarily through any specific company) at the same time as Victim No. 6 (who was successfully ID'ed via this method in 2021). I don't know why they haven't said anything publicly about their progress.

im still wondering about progress on body 28 as this year since that his half sister partially matched as mentioned on candyman and the clown documentary but infact that it shown a match to him the time before alexander was identified, so 5 years later they haven't announced on body 28 but im aware it takes time to identify him but moran said he's trying to find other relatives and collect samples

I have a feeling that 2021 lead for Body 28 ended up being a dead end. Hoping I'm wrong on that but I can't see how it would take nearly 5 years to identify 28 if they did indeed get even a partial match.

Donald Sharp disappeared Feb of 1976 in Ohio. Feel like he's a strong candidate for one of the unidentified victims.

I'm also curious if Law Enforcement ever looked into the disappearance of Luis Gonzalez. A former worker of Gacy mentioned him as a coworker who disappeared along side John Butkovich in 1975. This story is told in Omnipotent: Don't Ask, Don't Tell by William Dorsch.

We would happily help here. Most DNA labs are not going to have the necessary capabilities for really tough forensic cases.

Gacy once claimed he killed around 45 victims.

I've always thought there were more. I've been trying to piece together any information I can find on Jaycee national activities in 1960s. Am wondering if Gacy might not have attended some of these events.

For example, in 1965, there's a Jaycee Junior Champ meet in Houston TX. (Weirdly, the timing of August coincides with Dean Corll's return to Houston following his discharge from the military.) I'd wonder if Gacy might not have attended some of these events as he's active in Jaycees at the time. Gacy had multiple awards from the Jaycees in this year of 1965, so I'm very curious on that.

Also, seeing the International Jaycee Junior Golf Tournament was held in Houston that year at El Dorado Country Club. (The prior year, it was in Mendakota Country Club in St. Paul Minnesota.)

No idea if Gacy would actually have attended these events. Still looking through as much info as I can get online. But I don't know how it would ever be confirmed at this stage as to whether he attended or not. (Still, I'm curious.)

Robert's vehicle located late May 1976, Body 21 victim is thought to have died sometime between early August and late October. Robert was all the way out in Hawaii, but collecting a sizable debt, and evidently there's a tie-in with drugs. Am seeing Robert was wearing a gold Seiko watch with a black face.

I know it's the Sun, but they have images I've never seen before of objects Gacy evidently had in his possession, objects they speculate were belongings of victims. I see a couple of gold watches in there, cannot determine the make, here's one of the watches:

To me, it looks a little like this vintage70s Seiko Disco Volante:

It's highly unlikely Robert is Body 21 considering the geography, but Gacy's divorce would have been just recently finalized shortly before this time, and he was known to do quite a bit of traveling. Also, considering Robert's suspicious circumstances, it might be possible he decided to completely leave the area entirely for unknown reasons and met a tragic fate shortly thereafter.

I hate to say this, and I hope I am wrong, but it seems like the Cook County Sheriff has stopped even trying to identify these victims. Perhaps funds could be raised for Othram to take over the task of identifying at least a few of these victims?

We could easily crowdfund these. There would be no cost to the agency. No reason to leave these folks unidentified.

If you (or someone) could contact the Cook County Sheriff's Office requesting permission to take on these cases (Unidentified Victims John Wayne Gacy) and publicize your intent, they would hopefully pass on the cases to you. I am sure I read somewhere that funding is a major obstacle in their efforts, and they announced their efforts to identify the victims in 2011. These cases could be easily crowdfunded, as you say. I would donate generously.
