IL - Toddler hurt by razor blades glued to playground equipment in Illinois

Police in East Moline combed through the city's 15 parks after a toddler cut his hand on razor blades that had been glued to playground equipment.

The 2-year-old boy was injured Monday afternoon while with his father in Millennium Park, police said. The boy suffered a minor cut to his finger and was treated by his father at home.

About a dozen razors were found on the monkey bars, a slide and on the ground, all connected with a putty-like substance.

This reminds me of a case I followed back in 2009. This tampering was done by an 11 year old

I never thought I'd be relieved after clicking on a thread like this, but I read the title to mean a toddler that was also injured by razor blades was physically glued to the equipment himself..

Hope they found whatever sicko did this, kid or adult.
