Vincent Wallace is a 47 year old male that is 5’10, 140 pounds. Vincent has a medical condition that possibly puts him in danger. Vincent was last seen the first week of February, 2023. If you see Vincent, please contact the Peoria Heights Police Department 309-688-3461.
