Or she wasn't even home that night?

There are so many things left unanswered, and I am not trying to put blame on Ciara, she's sure to be hurting (I hope), but this is unacceptable.

Right. I assume the autopsy could follow the impalement of the stick beyond just the throat.

Or an idiot that watched too much TV/movies. Might have tried to remove stick, then (given what we see on TV or if one is a hunter) tried to slit her throat to end it or remove the stick (panicked more; due to the damage inflicted), after that didn't work...well. Seriously, one bad decision after another. COD/official autopsy would be nice.

I'll have to hear it from the Coroner or DA to believe there was a "stick"!

They feel it is simpler to present the probable cause to the media, so media shall report it.

This district has yet to adopt cameras in the courtroom--hence why no coverage.

This is still an open investigation.

State's attorney for Effingham County talking now... The court hasn't been approved to have cameras in the courtroom.

JD charged with 3 counts of 1st degree murder. Handed out copies of documents (probable cause statements) with facts that they believe they can prove today. Bond 5 million. (I know you already know all this stuff)...

Needs to clarify it's an ongoing investigation...
