I agree. And, the only time I know of people potentially being put out of their misery was at the time of Hurricane Katrina in a hospital in New Orleans. Even though that would not have been legal, it would have been justified. At that time, the terminally sickest of the sick were suffering further because of inhumane conditions.

Oh wow...

We know that LE doesn't always say what it means. Just saying it seems smart to temporarily take the kid while things get straightened out. According to NG's father's brother, he is with his dad, not in the custody of the state.

Do you have a link?

No but if you go on the Missing Willow Long FB page there is a poster named Justice something who mentions being the Uncle. Very odd and rambling posts but he's told of his relation to her. Not sure if it's proven but it does seem like first hand info.

As I stated last night...that is considered rumor. imo

I feel without doubt...this post will fall...at the most inopportune time of discussion. Yet, why?...crazy me, feels compelled to say...
I've loved Willow since Sunday...an unforgettable face, an unforgettable smile...ahhh, she melts my heart. I wish her the happiest hugs of Jesus.

Then, I see uncle. I see his picture as any mother's son. Then, visualize his actions against this sweet child...Sweet jolly oh...drive a grown woman crazy! What in the **** is happening with our youth today? To commit such crimes against nature, against innocent little human angels?

I'd have a guess...and rest in my own assumptions.

It's from a reliable MSM and can be discussed (I asked earlier and was told by a mod that as long as it's in MSM it's okay to discuss) as long as you're discussing the actual article as it is written. It's just not okay to add conjecture or speculation to the article. Like "I wonder if he was removed by DCFS because they..." I think that's the part that's not okay at all (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Thanks. That has not been named as an official page so we're going to have to call that rumor.

Nobody is saying anyone can't discuss what's being reported...but when ppl start talking about things like the little brother being abused--its way over the top. IMO. He is a 3 year old in a household that is a scene of a murder and his mom is being raked over the coals in the public eye (deservedly or not- it doesn't matter to this little boy's ultimate well being-it sounds like their house is about to get stormed by villagers with stakes and torches anyway, so heck yeah--get the baby outa there)Of course he was taken into protective custody. Alleging that he was abused/sexually assaulted/neglected/etc is not on the table right now IMO

*I* will leave if my trying to help this thread stay on topic (and active) is the problem y'all are having...just trying to keep us all here.

:deepbreath:

I love you guys...but please....please just be careful.

So now we can talk about if we believe the DCFS complaint has to do with something someone believed was happened before the murder or did they call it in because of CD's lying to the cops and as it turns out having her 3 year old alone for a time if the Uncle's story is true.

Can we try to make any connection with DFCS involvement and the uncle's ( and only the uncle) claim of what happened?

*hugs* Breathing right along with ya. Speculating the worst based on what we do know is going to make us all nutty and more upset than we already are.

I'm not alleging anything at all. I was simply saying I wouldn't be surprised if someone could do what he did to Willow that it's not a hard mental stretch to believe that he could do other horrible things to other people. With that we can get past what I said to get people fired up. I redact it and won't mention it anymore.

Ya know it just hit me.
Someone who is already deceased does not bleed profusely!

He killed her to put her out of her misery ...

If we turn his story around ...
It could be that he killed her, in a scuffle (hence the defensive wounds.) Then stabbed her to stage a scene??

WAS he trying to hide brusing. and fingerprint marks from choking her by stabbing her in the throat and collar bone?

The dogs ... are still on my mind. No violently bloody scene...

Most abuse with in a family happens behind closed doors.

Just thinking if that were true, the probable cause wouldn't state knife or knives as the cause of the homicide. They would be able to tell if injuries were inflicted after death. Keep in mind, we don't know what type dogs were used. Only thing we've been told is that LE stated they were looking for a LIVE child. Therefore, quite possible the dogs were search and rescue, or tracking dogs. LE said the dogs DID pick up a scent, but they had no way of knowing if the wind carried the scent, if they were following Willow's scent, etc. And the scent went to the opposite area of where Willow was found.

Thinking back to that stick pile... wondering if Willow was put on that pile or within that pile with intent to burn it, or hide her there???? Small bits of truth sometimes could out during long periods of lies... IMO...

About blood outside, or lack of it...
Look at these pics of the DeRyke home, taken 9/10/13.

Could the freak have washed away bood with this garden hose?

Thanks! Hadn't seen these photos before. CSI is definitely looking closely at the pile. So we don't know what they found!!

eta... he could have tried to wash away the blood with water... but IMO wouldn't have gotten it all. I tried with the sheep incident....not all washed away. In fact, most didn't...

Well, since you said only the uncle - there's no possible way that DCFS could be contacted judging only by the uncle's story, because the uncle did not tell his story until Monday. DCFS was called on Sunday.

true true true... I shall sit on my hands till MSM more then likely reports one way or another how DCFS went.
