The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Circumstances of Recovery: Decedent was discovered in the cab of an abandoned "Broom's Spreader Service" truck on the property of Broom's. Death appears consistent to chronic alcoholism, dehydration and malnutrition.

Clothing
White long sleeve shirt with brown flowers, dark blue pants, brown undershirt, brown boots.

Thanks for the links, @iulia . I've been trying to find more info on this John Doe, to no avail. And, the only thing related to "Broom's Spreader Service" that I was able to find was its owner's obituary.
