IMO Casey is quite confident

I don't think Casey has much intelligence for anything but creating stories. She is quite stupid. She tells lies like a 2 year old. Lies that can be easily verified. this shows a very low intelligence level.

With the way The Parents defend her.... I often question wether GA would have snuck away to more securely dispose of caylees body if CA told him where she was etc..... trying to protect his own.

Is that at all possible ? Has he ever been followed when he left his house while CA was out on bail?

One of the things that troubles me - would Casey have taken a dead animal and put it on top of Caylee's grave? You know covered it up. Then when found it would look like an animal's grave and no one would look further after finding the animal bones.

If the cadaver dogs hit on it they'd dig (LE) farther.The dogs are trained for human scent not animals.I think it would be tried though,I was thinkng today part of the problem is some people do not want Caylee found! Today I asked my Doctor about DNA (in general) he said it definately can be distinquished between a live person and a dead one.

I SO agree with you on this and have said so since she went to jail. I think she was fine in jail. She slept and read and didn't have to DO anything, and she likes it like that. She doesn't care. If they keep her in solitary it's because she's SPECIAL, so she still thinks she's somebody, on the top of some kind of social structure. She's make her DRAAAMA. And in prision she'll stay in her own world in her head. G&C will keep her account full, she'll still glam her self up as much as one can in jail. And she still will not have to hear Cindy's nagging or meet Caylee's needs. I don't think she cares and it is no threat to her.

My 15 month old grandbaby is confident when he puts his blankie over his head we cannot see him. I think that Casey has about as much reasoning power as a toddler.

As my mom used to say, "everything comes out in the wash". Another words, never LIE, it will come out. Just look at Scott Peterson. Casey will have her day in court like him, and her and her family wont be able to get her out of it when the prosecuter is there w the evidence.

As the charges pile up and she's sitting in her cell she may be sweating bullets, just puts on an act for public appearances. At last count she was looking at 17 years now there are new charges to add to it. Hopefully JB has made her aware of this. Even if they can't get her for Caylee I think she's going to be doing quite a bit of time. Not enough of course but I get some satisfaction knowing that and I hope it's on her mind too.

I just keep seeing Scott Peterson smiling in the courtroom everytime they flash that clip of Casey in her 1st court appearance. They figure as long as they are well presented, smiling and keep BS'ing...they WILL charm their way out of anything.

Why shouldn't they believe that? Its worked their whole lives.

ITA.....everything about Casey makes me think of Scott, everything about Cindy and George makes me think of Lee and Jackie...
I keep waiting for Lee and Jackie to show up in FL and hold a press conference with Cindy, wouldnt that just be the most surreal thing?

I agree they won't put her in the general population, and they should. She'd get it beaten out of her where Caylee is.

Also, yes she seems too overconfident. She either knows we will never find Caylee, or she knows that only bones will be found at this point and we won't be able to determine cause of death. I did find it interesting that even while out on bail, LP said in that phone interview with the young girl who called him and put it on myspace, that she was "hitting on" the bodyguards. That's sick. Who thinks of "hitting on" people when all this is going on?

This girl is so deeply messed up.Most of us cannot even begin to comprehend how deep it probably goes.While in prison,she will be secluded and she will look forward to each chance she will get to seduce any guard(male or female)and any atty that comes to see her.That will be her life.That, and I'm sure there are lots of sickos out there who will send her letters saying things she wants to hear and,who knows,maybe she'll even get married to one of those people.She'll probably have some kind of sick "fan club" of men. I mean,Scott Peterson did.
