A former local councilman in Indiana was recently arrested after being on the run for more than two years. He had been accused of serious crimes involving a minor and resigned from his position once charges were filed. Authorities tracked him across state lines, and U.S. Marshals finally captured him in Kentucky. He will now face the legal process in Madison County.
