I really hope this means we are seeing a copy and not a final order!!
Why?

I was hoping to see all the final orders. I was not expecting to see unsigned, undated and NO file stamp.

Rage, sadistic, SA would be my guess. Why would a man kidnap and murder 2 young girls (with articles of clothing found elsewhere) if there wasn't some type of sexual motive involved, whether SA occurred or not.

JMO

Evidence of the sexual component to these types of murders isn't always found on the victims. The evidence can be in other areas of the crime scene. I'm trying to NOT be graphic. SA killers aren't normal people, by any stretch of the imagination. JMO

From paying off the house mortgage on May 23, 2013 til the day he murdered the two girls on FEB, 13, 2017 is less than four years.

That's not nearly enough time to enjoy the freedom of being without a mortgage payment. Life was easy w two incomes, three people. Wonder why he threw it all away?

Did Allen always look over his shoulders after the murders? I recall the short video of his wife walking up to their car in the parking lot. As she got closer to the car, she screamed: Boo! She was recording as he jumped from being spooked by her. So, I think he'd at least become a bit jumpy during the ensuing years.
In the sneak up surprise car video he almost jumped out of our atmosphere

Because if final orders aren’t signed etc then I worry about the legalities and about the competency of the judge to oversee the trial!!

I wasn't expecting to see unredacted NAMES.

Aren't the juvenile witnesses all adults now? If the prosecutor is sure he has the murderer and if RA has nobody seeking to kill witnesses to keep them quiet, then they should be ok.

There was also a social security number that was published.

But Judge Gull said in her order that the affidavit should remain redacted because of juvenile names. I don't know if they are all adults yet, but regardless, what was published is against JG's order. NMcL once said there could be others involved, and because of the gag order, we don't know if that still pertains. Either way, those names were not supposed to be publish but were, and it's terrible, IMO.

Quite right, Betty! And moreso, a sexually motivated killing doesn't necessarily involve sexual contact during the crime; apparently the motive can be sexual (or so the books often say) even without rape/molestation/whatever. (Isn't this a horrible topic? A good reason for a plea deal and no trial--so fewer graphic details come out in public, IMO.) :-(

Honestly, I was tied to the Delphi case because of the sheer tragedy, but now that we know who did it and see that justice will be done, I'm not very interested in the details now. I'd rather send the guilty party to jail or the gallows, as the court decides, and let the girls rest in what peace they may have found. :-(

Agree, I wish he would change his plea to guilty and not subject the family to a trial.

Wasn't she the one who went through all the docs and approved their unsealing?

The filed Murder counts also lists the witnesses; although it just gives the juveniles' initials.

I don't think we've seen the PCA with the filing date.

I didn’t think he jumped at all. I’ve see that video a few times. I thought he was about as surprised as, or less than, anyone being approached from behind. Not trying to be argumentative, just sharing another perspective for anyone who hasn’t seen it.

The phone was said early on to have been found “near” the crime scene. Now we learn in the docs released it was located underneath Libby’s body. No mention of uploads to cloud at all, no source for cloud ever being involved.
What I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around is WHY was Libby's phone found under her body??? You'd think he'd have seen it and taken it "just in case" there was any incriminating evidence on it (and there was). I suppose he could have somehow not seen it but that really surprises me. Especially since he undressed at least one of them (likely both) to remove her panties. If he hadn't seen it before you'd think he'd have seen it then!

That fact is just so odd to me.
