I'd be interested in # of times RA's cellular tracked to MHB in the months prior. Given the timeline, BG was hustling across and nearly running across that scary, high, rickety bridge. BG had obviously been on the bridge many, many times before. BG seemed comfortable.

It is sad, uncanny and most unfortunate that it was Abby's first and only time on MHB. RIP precious girls

Per the initial press release by defense.

Rick contacted the police to let them know that he had walked on the trail that day, as he often did.

#DELPHI UPDATE Under cover of darkness #RichardAllen was transferred on 12/6 from the Westville Prison to the Wabash Valley prison. Not sure what this is all about but it sure seems like a lateral move. #JusticeforAbbyandLibby

The transfer represents a significant move for Allen; Westville Correctional Facility is located in LaPorte County, more than 200 miles away from Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Sullivan County.

Wabash Valley is also over 200 miles away from Fort Wayne, where Scremin and Lebrato have offices.

KAK and JBCII are housed at WVCF. I was surprised KAK was sent there.

On Wish-TV Kevin Greenlee states “we hear some people behind the scenes expressing concern that this is damaging the case against [B&R’s] one-time client Richard Allen.”

I think this is what some people "wish" was happening.

As I live in Indiana but know many people on this thread do not, I thought I'd pass along some info on mileage/distance from applicable cities and towns of key places - as on occasion I'll read a post (e.g. whether B&R shared same war room) which can mislead when not knowing how far apart some of these things are.

I don't understand. Are you saying the distance between their offices means that AB, BR, and DH lied to the court when they said that they used Baldwin's office as their base?

Interesting tidbit in this article I don't recall being reported-

As of April 2023 there were 22 pre-trial detainees housed with the IDOC.

No am not saying anyone lied. I only stated the distances involved and the fact that the law practices of BR and AB were not in the same town nor particularly nearby. I wouldn't know how they pulled off the logistics - and could only speculate who drove where and who maintained what info/discovery where. Maybe someone made a daily or twice-weekly commute though long, maybe someone leased an apartment somewhere else, maybe data was transferred in certain secure ways, could be any number of possibilities??

With today's technology, you can put your documents securely within a cloud based environment, use Zoom calls and review evidence without being present together physically very easily.

Just to add to this, because I’ve seen elsewhere that there are questions as to whether the DOC are allowed to move RA, JG has previously ordered that DOC can move RA where they see fit.

"(WLFI) — Delphi homicide suspect has been move to another facility. According to released court documents, on Wednesday December 6, Allen was transferred from Westville Correctional Facility to Wabash Valley Correctional Facility.

Stating that Allen was placed under safekeeping order by the court in November of last year the order stated:"

"Pursuant to Indiana Code § 35-33-11-1, the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Correction may transfer an individual under a safekeeping order to a facility deemed suitable for their confinement with available space."

No other information was available and the reason for the move was not stated."

Indiana Code § 35-33-11-1.

Inmate in County Jail in Imminent Danger of Serious Bodily Injury or Death or Represents Substantial Threat to Safety of Others.

How far was Westville from RA's new lawyers?

Under Indiana Code § 35-33-11-1 the Commissioner of the DOC can act.

"...If the court finds that the inmate is in danger of serious bodily injury or death or represents a substantial threat to the safety of others, it shall order the sheriff to transfer the inmate to another county jail or to a facility of the department of correction designated by the commissioner of the department as suitable for the confinement of that prisoner and provided that space is available..."

Seems counterintuitive to move him to a prison where less than 2 months ago the death of an inmate was being investigated? Even if that death was deemed “accidental” by investigators. I can guess how this will end for RA. JMHO
