Are you going to listen and then summarize? :)
I'm listening right now. I'm not going to summarize, though. :) I will say that, so far, AC and KG sound a bit conflicted about it. They have reasons to wonder if some of the information in that motion is inaccurate. IDK..

This case is an X-File. Trust No One.

ETA: I think this is an interesting half-hour perspective, IMO. Worth the time.

The entire dog and pony show the last few months, written and orchestrated by the defense team; was produced to deflect from their wrongdoings, which they were very aware were much worse than the public knew. They were the victims, poor things.
That mean ole judge wanted them dismissed just because she knew exactly how egregious and contemptible the defense team was. So they went after her. She was the villain in their story.
They wasted tons of time and money, not to benefit RA, but to cover their own tails.
I wonder what all their lawyer groupies are thinking today. The ones that filed briefs on B and R’s behalf and championed their cause. How do they walk it back. Would they have been so aggressive in defending them if they had known everything?
It’s disgusting.

OK, if you say so. I'm 8 minutes in and had to stop. I'll continue...

I will volunteer as tribute!
11 minutes in and they have already disclosed the MWC lied to them.

Don't get me wrong...I LOVE when people summarize. However, I've found many times that when I listen for myself, things jump out at me that the people summarizing didn't include. We all are likely to find significance in things someone else might not. Our natural bias will probably influence how we summarize, as well. It is what it is.

Because he wasn't a consultant and he framed MW as a thief. Which is the opposite of being "open". He did this in attempt to separate himself and the defense from the leak. In fact initially they proclaimed there was no way the leak came from defense. Even in chambers they tried to insinuate that it was a clerk on the other side. Thou dost protest too much.
MW was a civilian, "the public" and should not have been allowed access to any of the evidence, crime scene photos, discovery, defense strategies or details of the case outside of what had been released to the public legally.

One of the problems lurking in the background is that if MW was an informal consultant (which would be fine) but without the right arrangements in place it might blow ABs professional indemnity cover if he was then sued over the leak in the future. Like imagine having to tell your insurer you disclosed your clients confidential info and protected discovery to some guy with no arrangements in place.

This is my speculation as to why they might have obscured that.

The revelations about the icloud screenshots could be very bad depending on what was in there, as law enforcement now have that material

I really wish on the pure legal ones KG would just do a monologue - AK adds nothing on those bits and the podcast could just be 10 mins

In fact the person who just does a 10 min law only hardcore series is getting my 5 star rating. So many of these things are getting on to 90 mins or more for 25 mins actual content??

I'm not sure how to feel about any of this. I'm not comfortable with the belief system that every word from the D is a lie and every word from the P is truth. That possible omissions from the D should be grounds for severe reprimands, while possible omissions from LE are summarily dismissed without hearing.

It took NMcL nearly a year and three months to correct the charges against RA. RA has been in IDOC most of that time, without private access to his lawyers. JG hasn't followed due process.

The D have done things they shouldn't have done, yes, and they should be sanctioned. But why are all the wrongdoings done by the rest of the parties not punishable?

I'm exhausted for the families.
Also to note: NMcl has never tried a murder trial in his career, he was originally a public defender. It seems like a lot of pressure for a case this huge to be the first case you prosecute. JMO.

Does anyone know if the conservation officer that RA allegedly gave his statement to originally in 2017 was named Dan Dulin? Can anyone give me the 2017 first tip run down/drop a link? I have read conflicting things. TIA

MRC, the guy from Texas, lied to them? What about?

I finished and I won't summarize because I'm sure my bias will be showing.

Their discussion as to how LE learned of the leak was interesting and amusing. I'm glad they cleared up that the family communication to LE was about the tree and not about the photos.

Yes, MRC was the source in Texas (that received the photos/information from RF who had received them from MW), had sent the photos to another YouTuber days prior to sendng them to TMS.

No SCOIN explanation yet. Everything being released is at trial court level, I assume, so it shouldn't matter, but I would really like to know what the justices are saying among themselves.

Do we have any idea what photos have been allegedly manipulated by the defense?

They just keep looking more and more repulsive.

For me, the outrage is that the girl's families discovered that the stolen pictures of their deceased naked bodies were posted on the internet. That is disgusting and inexcusable, imo.
Are we sure that this statement is true in its entirety? We know for sure that the discovery materials were compromised. We know for sure that pictures of alleged Odinist runes from the CS were posted on the web. The FM has alleged that Odinists posted what look like reenactments of the CS before that info was publicly available. I have not seen the claim that the actual bodies were posted. But let me admit I may have missed more than a few details of the goings on. Been away.

The MS's latest podcast actually addressed this. To their knowledge, no, the photos of the girls have not been posted to the internet. They felt like the image first brought to the families attention was of blood on the tree. That is horrible enough, of course. But if we are scrutinizing the wording in the motion, then we in the public cannot be sure, IMO. Nobody appears to have posted the photos online, but perhaps the investigation knows differently. JMO.

So, here's what I don't understand about NMcL's motion. Even if everything in it is 100% factual, it feels like some things are missing. Like his mention of the photos being altered by the D. What NMcL didn't say is how they were altered. Why include that statement with no explanation? Why didn't he attach an exhibit of how these photos were altered? He could have made those confidential, like the attachments in the FM were. Did he include them and I just missed it?

The D supported their claims with exhibits, citations, page numbers, etc., but since there was no hearing, we don't know why the judge assessed it the way she did. Now, NMcL makes some of his claims with no attached supporting documentation at all? What is the judge supposed to do with that?

I'm not comfortable with this, even if I think NMcL has a valid motion. I don't like the potential omission issue that could possibly be a loose thread running throughout the State's case.

Some think they likely blacked out areas of the bodies
