Some members meant, the BG maybe has an interest in and spends some time on the internet for it. Perhaps this man is of another sort of man, who doesn't have interest in at all, who likes to google places/areas, likes to stalk people on Fb or where ever. We will see at the end, if he had interest only for teenage girls or also for adult females (maybe even for teenage boys/men). Hopefully we will learn of it, when he is caught one day. (Soon, please!)
Idk, what he is searching for: a certain age, gender, optics, interests, talents, parents/family (broken families??)/businesses of family, far-reaching internet presence, teenagers mentally mature in comparison to others of their age (image of a so-to-say babygirl, but intelligent posting?)? He might find something interesting during his extensive searches and he might concentrate on some people (teenagers, women, men, Idk), he wants to stalk more intensive, in real life. Maybe, he always had/still has a schedule in advance and knew, when he would be at certain abodes, which changed/changes a lot. Maybe, he planned weeks in advance, when he would be near one of the people, he had a strong interest in. Maybe, his true "mission" began at that point. Then he tried to make sophisticated, anonymous contact via SM and tried to meet. Idk, if his plans included always a sort of thrill-kill or if he only planned to meet "innocently" first.
This is only speculation on my part, a feeling of the way, the deadly meeting perhaps happened to A/L.

Why would LE need to swab anyone more than once to get their DNA profile, on file?

They would not, unless the chain of custody on the origional swab was somehow mishandled or the specimen was lost/misplaced.

Do you think he tried to restrain himself at a certain point?
Perhaps even got depressed if the urges came, but the mind still was able to control them?
And the mood would be visibly better after the “mission” was over?

I have no answer, actually. I can imagine, he tried to restrain himself again and again, but his dark side at some point had the upper hand. Perhaps the result was more important to him than the "action", and he longed for the public attention so very much? Without his "actions" he might feel insufficiently challenged in his daily life? Too much blank free time on hand, maybe especially by night? Nothing to let his brain work enough, without discussion forums, which would follow his every next "action"? - Something like that I think.

This time of our lives can really cause an awful lot of stress.
It is of concern if kids have more free time and do things like go to the park.

I think in that area schools are currently open though of course that could change at any moment based on current disease metrics.

There are always missing teenagers in my Fb. newsfeed, not only out of Indiana. Of course, it might be not a teenager the next time.

I think I read where the % of teenagers missing is like 90% runaways.

BG has no remorse, he has no guilt, sadness..etc...nothing. zip. nada..these words are not a part of his vocabulary.

when he gets caught he may say he feels bad etc. but it's all a con job. he will only be sorry he is caught.

Also nothing I see when I look at BG there brings to mind restraint or uncontrollable urges...nope.

last thing..that day was unseasonably mild, yet he’s layered..imo probably a stretch but looks like he’s dressed 1/2 for work 1/2 casual, re: occupations, sometimes layers are reflective of extended time spent in refrigeration, freezers, whether that be warehouse, store or even back of 18wheel trailer

I don't think that the girls were targeted or catfished in any way...there is no reason to be .. it's just deadly timing..
I keep wondering though about the date ...if the choice had to do with valentine's day ..I know others wonder about this..

I’d say COVID masking doesn’t make any difference. If somebody knows anything about the killer, it won’t matter if his facial appearance today isn’t identical to the almost four year old drawing. And it probably isn’t considering a sketch is not a photo and appearances do change over time.
